Illinois Tollway charges are pulled per plate each morning, matched to whoever had the car at that minute, and emailed to them with a link to pay. A toll on a parked car gets flagged instead of billed.
Each plate is checked against the City of Chicago daily. When a citation shows up, the renter on the lease that day is named and the liability transfer packet is already filled in.
Send a link; they read and sign. The PDF is filed with the signer, IP address, time and a tamper hash, so there is a record if a renter ever disputes it.
Rent in, insurance, repairs and expenses out, per vehicle, per month. A car stuck at the body shop shows up in red before it shows up in your bank balance.
